Davcon Maa is our most ambitious project: a world-class convention and events center rising on a 3-hectare site within an 11-hectare township on Maa Bypass Road, Maa, Davao City. Designed by BER SAB ARC Design Studio and inspired by the voronoi geometry of the durian and Mount Apo's cascading ridgelines.
When complete, Davcon Maa will offer 3,650 sqm of combinable function rooms, 4,520 sqm of exhibit space, 11 meeting rooms, and a 3,150 sqm commercial commissary with halal-certified sections, all supported by dedicated multi-modal parking.
